Terms of Service

Last updated: April 13, 2026

Summary in one sentence: Freesuite is provided free as-is. You can use it for personal or commercial work. We make no warranties. Don't abuse the service.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using any Freesuite tool (any domain matching *.freesuite.app or any standalone free*.app domain operated as part of the Freesuite collection), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tools.

2. Free use

Freesuite tools are provided free of charge. There is no subscription, no paid tier, and no signup. You are free to use Freesuite tools:

You do not need to credit Freesuite when using output from Freesuite tools, though attribution is appreciated.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Freesuite tools to:

Because most Freesuite tools process data entirely in your browser, Freesuite has limited ability to detect misuse. However, accounts or rooms found to violate these rules may be blocked.

4. No warranty

Freesuite tools are provided AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

Specifically, Freesuite does not warrant:

Export your important work. For documents, PDFs, and other files, always export to a standard format and save on your device. Don't rely on browser storage as the sole copy of important work.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Freesuite and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Freesuite tools, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are legally restricted, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by local law.

6. Your content

Because Freesuite does not store the content of your files or messages on any server, Freesuite claims no ownership, license, or usage rights over your content. Your documents, images, PDFs, code snippets, text, and chat messages remain entirely yours. We could not use them even if we wanted to, because we don't have them.

7. Intellectual property

The Freesuite name, logo, design system, and source code are the property of the Freesuite project. Individual tool source code may be released under open-source licenses in the future; until then, copying the complete tool implementations to build competing products is not permitted. However, inspiration and general concepts (free browser tools, client-side processing) are obviously not proprietary.

8. Third-party dependencies

Freesuite tools use third-party services for infrastructure: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (realtime messaging in Freechatroom only), jsDelivr (CDN for one JavaScript library), Google Fonts (web fonts). Use of Freesuite tools involves your browser communicating with these services per their own terms and privacy policies. Freesuite is not liable for actions or outages of these third-party services.

9. Modifications

Freesuite may modify tools, add new tools, retire existing tools, change these Terms, or make other changes at any time. Substantial changes to these Terms will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

You may stop using Freesuite at any time by closing the browser tab. Since there are no accounts, there is nothing to "cancel."

Freesuite may block access from specific IP addresses in cases of abuse but does not otherwise terminate individual users (there are no users to terminate).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Freesuite operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of the user's own jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

13. Contact

For questions about these Terms, see About Freesuite for contact information.
